Our Story
The AlDigi Group traces its roots to 2011 when the founders, Tan Chong Huat and Jayaprakash Jagateesan, together with other partners of RHTLaw Asia began exploring opportunities to expand their service offerings to professional services beyond legal services, including corporate finance, trademark advisory, and later fund management.
Convinced by the transformational potential of blockchain technology in capital markets, the management team of AlDigi Group spearheaded the development of SDAX Exchange, a digital securities token trading platform licenced by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
Leveraging on their experience in developing SDAX Exchange, the AlDigi Group began offering solutions for clients across digital corporate finance, distributed-ledger technologies and digital financial services. The Group also developed and launched Verdant Marketplace, a digital trading platform for alternative assets.
Today, the AlDigi Group continues to go beyond the conventional, with a commitment to innovation in the digital asset space to help businesses thrive in the new digital economy.
